SiC Power Brick
Built with Zinsight's self-developed silicon carbide ZPAK power module, it supports kilovolt high-voltage platforms and is compatible with pure electric, range-extended, and plug-in hybrid models, delivering more robust power output and faster acceleration response during high-speed driving. Empowered by the ZPAK module system, the power loop stray inductance is reduced by more than half compared to competing products on the market, and thermal resistance is decreased by approximately 20% compared to the industry average. This not only significantly optimizes the powertrain system but also effectively reduces overall vehicle energy consumption.
