Algorithm Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the design, simulation verification, and software development of control algorithms for motor drives; 2. Participate in requirement research, planning, formulation, and implementation of control algorithm development roadmaps; 3. Analyze and resolve algorithm-related issues arising during product development; 4. Prepare reports and documentation related to control algorithm development. Job Requirements: 1. Major in Power Electronics, Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, Electronic Science and Technology, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. Master’s degree or higher; preferably with 5+ years of work experience in electric drive control within the new energy vehicle industry; 2. Proficient in one or more of the following motor control algorithms: motor control algorithms, DC-DC converter control algorithms, and AFE control algorithms; 3. Familiar with simulation software and skilled at using simulation tools to conduct motor control strategy simulations; 4. Possess extensive experience in embedded C language development based on DSP, ARM, and other microcontrollers.

Hardware Engineer

Embedded Software Engineer

Senior Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for planning quality objectives for each project phase and managing quality issues arising during these phases, including leading the coordination and reporting of client-side issues; 2. Identify and manage quality risk factors during the design and development stages; participate in customer requirement identification, issue analysis, solution formulation, and effectiveness verification of countermeasures, and drive efficient and high-quality closure of issues; 3. Conduct reviews at critical milestones throughout the design and development process, such as confirming key quality checkpoints including planning, inputs, outputs, verification, and validation of the design and development stages; 4. Lead the planning of quality activities during the design and development process, such as preparing quality control plans, participating in DFMEA and PFMEA analyses during project development, and assisting in the preparation of test plans and control plans. Job Requirements: 1. Major in Electrical Engineering or Automation-related fields, with an associate degree or higher; more than 5 years of work experience in the automotive industry, including at least 3 years of experience in quality management for passenger vehicle powertrain systems; 2. Familiar with the IATF16949 quality management system and possessing relevant training experience in VDA 6.3/6.5; 3. Proficient in the five core tools of the automotive industry: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC; 4. Understand the quality management requirements of mainstream OEMs and have project experience with Geely, BAIC, Changan, and new EV manufacturers.

Customer Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 1. Organize internal resources to handle customer complaints, prepare reports for submission to customers, and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions as well as verify their effectiveness. 2. Regularly visit customers to build and maintain strong cooperative relationships with them. 3. Conduct statistical analysis of customer complaint data, regularly summarize post-sales quality issues, and compile “Lessons Learned.” 4. Collect information on customer quality standards and special requirements, and oversee and promote their internal implementation. 5. Accompany customers during audits and assist the Quality Supervisor in closing the loop on identified issues. 6. Prepare and collect PPAP documents for mass-produced products, and submit them to customers. 7. Analyze returned products, track repair progress, and ensure that repaired machines are promptly returned to customers. Job Requirements: 1. Associate degree or above; more than 8 years of experience in quality management, including at least 5 years of experience in customer quality management. 2. Familiar with the IATF16949 system and proficient in the seven quality tools. 3. Possess strong logical thinking skills, excellent problem-analysis and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to independently handle various quality issues.

Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 1. Participate in new product design reviews, conduct manufacturability analyses based on product design plans, and propose design improvement suggestions. 2. Be responsible for developing process flows for new products and creating secondary process development plans according to project milestones. 3. Formulate technical solutions and acceptance criteria for new equipment and tooling, and organize preliminary acceptance tests in accordance with these standards. 4. Be responsible for the commissioning and verification of new equipment and tooling before they are introduced into mass production; establish a problem list and track resolution until acceptance is completed. 5. Be responsible for the development and verification of new processes, and then complete the standardization of these new processes. 6. Prepare initial process documentation for new products (including process flowcharts, PFMEA, work instructions, etc.). 7. Be responsible for customer process audits and sample part trials during the development of new projects. 8. Be responsible for training and handover of on-site process engineers and technicians, as well as providing ongoing support for any challenging issues that arise. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering or a related field. 2. More than 5 years of experience in process development for new energy vehicle motor controller products. 3. Familiar with the development and verification of conventional automotive electronic component manufacturing processes, including soldering (selective soldering, reflow soldering, etc.), tightening, dispensing, press-fitting, insulation withstand voltage testing, and air-tightness testing. 4. Familiar with new project development processes and have experience in developing new non-standard assembly lines.

Procurement Engineer (Electronic Components)

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for confirming purchase order placement, managing contract workflows, and archiving relevant documents such as orders and contracts. 2. Regularly update basic material information (MPQ/MOQ/LT/Allocation/Site), with updates required once per quarter. 3. Regularly report on the status of production material completeness, issue early warnings and escalate feedback on material shortages to ensure timely delivery of materials. 4. Responsible for regularly reconciling accounts with suppliers, posting invoices, and submitting payment plans according to invoice due dates. 5. Monthly oversee the timeliness of order and contract archiving, and lead the coordination of supplier delivery schedules and service evaluations each month. 6. Monthly screen the list of qualified suppliers (for electronic components) to check qualification information and promptly update or correct any expired qualifications. 7. Complete various tasks assigned by superior management. Job Requirements: 1. Associate degree or above; candidates with experience in the PCBA industry are preferred. 2. At least 3 years of procurement work experience, familiar with various types of electronic components. 3. Detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and stress tolerance. 4. Familiar with procurement processes and proficient in using OFFICE software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 5. Preference given to candidates familiar with IATF16949 management system processes and ERP systems.

Procurement Engineer (Structural Components)

Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop procurement strategies for materials and achieve the annual cost reduction targets for products. 2. Be responsible for material procurement, ensuring that all materials arrive at the company on time, of appropriate quality, in the right quantity, and at competitive prices, thereby maintaining a smooth supply chain. 3. Develop suppliers and integrate, analyze, and adjust supplier-related data, including supplier development, business contract negotiations, and performance management. 4. Oversee daily supplier management, addressing delivery, quality, commercial issues, and any exceptional events that arise during supplier collaboration. 5. Based on delivery status and dynamic cost management, promptly organize technical and quality teams to provide guidance and support for suppliers’ improvement efforts. Continuously monitor supplier-related information as well as market and industry trends, and proactively manage and mitigate potential supply risks. 6. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: 1. Associate degree or above, majoring in management, mechanical engineering, or a related field; a science and engineering background is preferred. At least 5 years of experience in procurement-related work; familiar with cost analysis of structural components (die casting, stamping, injection molding, sheet metal) and supplier resource development. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 3. Ability to meet the company’s annual cost reduction targets. 4. Familiarity with the IATF16949 quality system and the application of the five key tools in the automotive industry: APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA.
