Zinsight is a national-level 'Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative' (Small Giant) enterprise and a high-tech company. With SiC wide-bandgap semiconductors and advanced power conversion technologies at our core, we currently focus on the new energy vehicle and Ultra Fast Charging Modules, while proactively developing AI power supply and other areas. We provide integrated solutions encompassing 'power semiconductor modules - intelligent electric drive/digital energy components - system integration applications.' Our core products cover SiC semiconductor power modules, automotive high-voltage thermal management controllers, automotive active suspension high-voltage controllers, main drive inverters, hydrogen fuel cell controllers, super charging power modules, and AI power supply solid-state transformers. Among these, our automotive SiC high-voltage thermal management controller holds over 40% market share, and our automotive hydrogen fuel cell controller holds over 60% domestic market share. Our intelligent fully active suspension electronic control is the first domestically developed and industrialized project of its kind, with multiple products being industry firsts that break foreign technological monopolies.
With our R&D and operations headquarters in Shanghai's Minhang District as the core, we have built and put into operation a 25,000-square-meter digital production base in Jiaxing, Zhejiang (a second-phase base of over 80,000 square meters is set to begin operations in the second half of 2026). We have also established R&D sub-centers in Nanjing and Switzerland, forming a global collaborative system. Our annual planned production capacity exceeds 3 million SiC modules, with multiple production lines capable of producing over 2 million sets of automotive intelligent high-voltage electric drive and power supply components, providing a solid foundation for order fulfillment and technological iteration.

We have built an elite team led by former core R&D talent from Fortune 500 companies—currently spearheaded by 18 PhDs, with master's and PhD holders comprising over 70% of the team. The team has over ten years of experience in R&D for SiC power modules, intelligent drive systems, digital power modules, and intelligent algorithms. We have successfully launched core products such as the SiCTeX series of advanced SiC electric drive systems and industry-first high-performance SiC power modules like ZPAK & ThermalPack. Among these, the ZPAK module is compatible with both IGBT and SiC devices, reducing packaging costs by over 30% compared to mainstream industry solutions, while achieving industry-leading power density.
Thanks to our strong technical capabilities and product competitiveness, we have become long-term partners with leading automakers and new energy giants such as Huawei, BYD, SAIC Motor, FAW, Geely, Changan, BAIC, and GAC. We have also signed strategic orders worth billions of RMB with leading European new energy enterprises, with our products being batch-applied in scenarios such as new energy vehicles, EV super charging, and power conversion."
