Through highly integrated design, the IPF180HD combines multiple functional modules into a single unit, including the DCF boost control unit, air compressor controller, high-to-low voltage DC-DC converter, power distribution unit, and input/output pre-charge unit. It also supports two optional features: AC impedance detection for the fuel cell stack and control for the hydrogen circulation pump. This integration significantly streamlines the overall system architecture while optimizing both space and cost.
The IPF180HD excels in performance and reliability, with key metrics—including mechanical and thermal performance, environmental testing, EMC safety, and service life—fully compliant with industry standards and application requirements. The DCF boost control unit delivers up to 180kW of power, and the air compressor controller supports a speed range of up to 200,000 rpm, meeting the high-power energy conversion demands of advanced hydrogen fuel cell systems.
